We are John & Jen Zajac. We live in central New Jersey. After having vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 10+ years now, we decided to buy an ocean front condo. We preferred to stay in the southern end of Myrtle Beach due to it being less crowded and much less traffic. When we came across Ocean Blue, we decided it was perfect for us. We currently own Ocean Blue 503 and 803.

A couple of days prior to your stay, I will email the pass codes to get into the building and the condo. The condo has a keypad on the entrance, so keys aren't needed.

No events allowed

No smoking allowed

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: undefined

House Rules

Minimum age of 25 for the primary renter whome must be present each night of the reservation. We require an e-signed rental agreement.

Payment Policy

We prefer payment via check to avoid the 3% fee that we are charged by credit card companies to us. If paying by credit card, we will send an invoice to you which you can pay securely.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the checkout day except if there is damage where we may delay refunding a portion of the damage deposit while repairs are made.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, we will re-list the timeframe that you had booked. If the entire timeframe is rebooked, we will refund 80% of the monies paid.
